Called to get my prescription from Dr Ruckers office on a Friday and I was told that he was out of town until Wednesday. The staff told me that they would send him a message to get it take care of and I never heard from anyone. I had to wait 4 days before I could call back in to tell them and still no one done their job. Dr Rucker left me without my medicine that I have been taking for years and now I haven't slept in 5 days because of this issue. Unexcuseable to treat patients this way.
