Very dedicated and kind
I have found Dr. Tsang's office staff to be very kind, accommodating and helpful. I have been under Dr. Tsang care for 4 years. His office always follows up within a few hours to schedule my next appointment. My blood work order is waiting for me at Labcorp. I love dealing with Dr. Tsang and his staff. One of the best run offices. Dr. Tsang and his team should be very proud of the job they do. Highly recommend Dr. Tsang and his staff.
Office staff are extremely rude. I found them to be untruthful insensitive and lacking in compassion especially when you’re dealing with cancer patients. Dr Tsang seems to a Knowledgeable Dr. But what his office staff lacks does not make for a very pleasant experience especially for those suffering with cancer. If you have other options I would suggest you make an appointment with an alternative doctor.
