I've been a patient over ten years. Dr Hong is professional, caring, and explains treatment well. The staff are so nice!
Terrible. He is a business man before a dentist. It's all about money. I dropped my husband off for a procedure as he was not allowed to drive afterwards. I went inside with him and told them I had an errand to run and they could reach me on my cell. I returned to find out Hong had pulled two of his teeth without consulting mEmail!
Horrible! Stay away! Rude and unprofessional. Everything he cares about is money.
Careless,rude and unprofessional. Failed to perform simple procedure and did not explaine consequences to the patient.
