Let me tell you about the amazing experience I had with Dr. Horn and his amazing staff!! I was referred to Dr. Horn for a root canal. When I arrived I immediately felt welcomed! The most amazing dental assistant Maggie took me back to do X-rays and made me feel so comfortable and at ease about the entire procedure. She was so kind to me and I loved the fact that she said let’s say a prayer before we start that everything goes well! Not to mention she knew I was scared and recommended nitrous. Dr.Horn and Maggie were great. I have high anxiety about going to the dentist in general but I didn’t feel a thing. Not even the shots.
This was my second visit to Dr. Horn and I have to say if you are needing treatment THIS is where you need to be. My entire experience from making my appointment with Y'Eshia to meeting with Dr. Horn and his assistant Maggie was awesome. Y'Eshia welcomed me and was informative as well as helpful getting my appointment set and insurance needs handled. Dr. Horn and Maggie were amazing! I was having a rough day, and Maggie was so sweet and supportive. The front office staff were also so sweet. I was worried about the root canal, but it was a piece of cake. Dr. Horn did an amazing job on a tooth that had been worked on in the past (by a different dentist) & had some tricky issues -- he had no problems fixing it though. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Horn's office! They are professionals with heart!
