Very well informed and and great staff staff
I could tell within a few days, my surgery was a success. The type of back pain I was enduring was gone. I am able to walk normal again. My balance is so much better. I'm excited to live my life to the fullest again. Thank you, Dr. Jacobsen and staff. You were all wonderful, answered all my messages and calls. Made me feel like I was in good hands, which I was.
Dr. Jacobsen is a talented, caring surgeon. I've had tremendous results. Before the surgery I couldn't walk or stand without pain. Now, after 6 weeks of recovery I am pain free and walking 2-3 miles a day. I saw 2 surgeons before choosing Dr. Jacobsen and chose him because he was very thorough in evaluating exactly what was wrong with my back. I recommend him without reservation.
I was referred to Dr Walter Jacobsen about 2 years ago and I truly believe this is the best Surgeon. I was in severe pain for years and tried injections before being referred to him. Had a CT Scan showed what the issue was decided to have surgery being I had enough with being in pain and having 3-5 day headaches and no feeling in both my hands. Dr. Jacobsen did a great job. T10-S1 fusion and fixed scoliosis—BIG surgery. No surgical complications. Recovery was uncomfortable, as would be expected, but by 6 weeks things were better. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacobsen and his nurse Monica.
