Rude, unfriendly greeting! Technician was unfriendly and reluctantly answered my requests. Will not return to this ADentures. Overpriced!!!
Dr. Wulf seemed nice but I feel deceived . I got implants on my bottoms,but somehow, I wound up with ill fitting snap ons that I can’t wear. I thought they were permanent but they pop out when I eat. A huge gap allows food to get under them,so I have to remove them to eat. Leaving 4 screws sticking out of my gums. These are very painful. They made me a top denture that looks nothing like my real teeth did. None, other than her name was on a bill I received from Delta Dental, as a provider of services both myself and my spouse received at 9300 Frankford Ave, Phila, PA. In the past, bills were submitted by John Cacchio who was an in-network provider and apparently Dr. Aitken is not, and therefore 9300 is requesting payment.
Dr. O'Hearn was extremely caring and careful with me during my extractions. She rubbed my shoulder, was as gentle as she could be, and seems like she really cared about how I was feeling during the entire process. She's one of the best dentists I've been to.
They were originally good but have had my unit in for repair 7 times in 2 years (all full breaks). Was told on last visit and still under warranty that I would need to purchase a mew set at $1150 and they would not be fixing the broken set. Just very poor professional service. Had promoted the place to some friends who have since gone there and not been impressed. Go at your own risk.
I don't know if I ever even seen her. But I am not happy. I haven't been able to eat in six months, Got my perms yesterday and their terrible. I told them about them and they done nothing. And yes, the ladies at the desk are rude!
My experience with Dr. Fifer was was nothing but excellent. Starting with my appointment day, all sessions were scheduled in a prompt manner. Her staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I always felt welcome there, and not just like another client. Doctor Fifer is very professional, and goes well beyond with her extended personality. After a bad experience with another dentist I was hesitant to trust another dentist. Then I lost a second tooth on my denture; it was a front tooth and I knew I had to get over it and get new dentures. I was treated with dignity & respect and had new teeth the same day! The process was easy & the fit is great and I am able to eat again! Thank you Dr. Fifer and staff and I wanted to make sure I told you--"Go Blue!!" Chris M.
Doctor Bianco's office is a 5 star location. I experienced extractions ,partials, and re lines. The quality and the care was excellent.. Look no further as you won't be disappointed. . From the time they answer your phone call to your leaving with a smile on your face you will be amazed at How much better you feel. Duane
