Not even sure where to start other than to say when my husband had knee surgery through Dr. Hembree 5 years ago, he did a wonderful job. I would have recommended him to anyone. However, I cannot say that about him now after breaking my ankle in January and being referred to Dr. Hembree and him telling me it would heal itself. Dr. Hembree was my ankle person while practicing in Seneca, SC. When I decided to have ankle replacement there was no question who would do the surgery. I moved to Baltimore to have Dr. Hembree do the surgery. He’s very professional but able to communicate in lay terms procedures, etc. My confidence in his abilities are without question.
Dr. Hembree was my surgeon for both of my wrists and I was extremely happy with his work. You cannot tell I've had surgery on them. I found him to be totally professional and compassionate. He also was my physician for cellulitis in my leg due to a fall on my artificial knee, and, again, I was impressed with his knowledge and care. I would rate Dr. Hembree a five star. Besides that, he has a good sense of humor!

He doesn't listen. I think he just enjoys giving shots instead of fixing the problem.
