Is there no one actually working in these offices? I’ve been calling every single day multiple Times a day while their phone lines are open, but no one ever answers. It’s automated voicemail after automated voicemail. I’m just trying to confirm my appointment and speak to someone because they have my name and information wrong but no one answers the phone no matter what time of day you call absolute terrible customer service.
Final update Dr Shourer has stretched the wait out as long as he can and finally admits he can't doo anything for me and I don't have to waste my time and money seeing him anymore. On the other hand I'm now waiting on a specialist in Toronto. Not holding my breath the issue will get resolved since he didn't even recieve my tests for the appointment I took off work and flew there to have UPDATE that piece of shat Shourer running his pyramid scam of a practice let his student butcher me. My husband had an appointment there and was told that the paperwork would be sent directly to the lab. However, it’s been two months, and the paperwork still hasn’t been sent. This is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, as it’s wasting his time. We’ve left voicemails, made multiple calls, and yet no one answers or returns our calls. I don't even know how you can run a business like this and not be serious. Do NOT recommend.
Horrible had a vasectomy and I was and currently being treated like a paycheck for them. The doctor didn't even show or do the procedure just pushed me through with one of his students doing the job. Dr couldn't even be bothered to see me after the operation just a phone call where he ignored my concerns this was even more apparent when his follow up appointment that he never setup was rescheduled to a month later.
