Dr. Sharour of Thunder Bay, a reconstructive urologist, is truly world class.
No one answers their phones, and no ones gets back to you. You cannot speak to an actual human to leave a message, just forced to dial a number, to then call people who don't answer their phones. They need a receptionist!
I’m a health care professional visiting from Alberta. I had emergency pain regarding a ureteral stent placed back in my province. Dr sharour provided emergency treatment for me at the OR and took me out of pain. Throughout the whole process he was very kind, supportive and answered all questions I had before and after the procedure.
