Got in relatively quickly for some bladder issues with Dr. Elkoushy and all I can say is what a great doctor. Very informational, kind, and helpful. He cares about his patients and his work. Clinic is a little outdated, could use some TLC but not entirely important
I would like to express my gratitude after having seen Dr. Elkoushy. This Dr. is so professional and thorough. He acknowledges people in the waiting room with a good morning. Shakes your hand when he sees you and when you leave. I felt very comfortable and had everything explained in detail. I highly recommend this Dr. Thank you
They just constantly reschedule CRITICAL appointments. Close when they want to out of business hours stated. I could have DIED cause of their negligence.
I’d just like everyone to know the receptionist is sitting at the desk actively screening calls and consciously making the decision to not answer the phone. Guess I’ll just pay $40 and get a tele-health provider to prescribe my meds.
I didn’t realize that Lisa was the gatekeeper of men’s reproductive health. If this was a man gatekeeping appointments to the OBGYN, y’all would be furious. She doesn’t deserve to work in healthcare let alone answer the phone for actual healthcare practitioners. I’d rather have a prostate exam from Andre the Giant than go to this clinic.
