I had an extremely frustrating experience with this office. I called to schedule an appointment for my spouse following a referral and was kept on hold for over 45 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. When I called back, I clearly explained that the situation was urgent. I was initially given an appointment for April 2, and after emphasizing the urgency again, I was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one ever followed up.
