I went to see Dr. Waldeck Charles as a new patient when my insurance changed. He was also to be refilling my medications. He decided to prescribe a new medication I din't ask for and turned out to be contraindicated due to a current diagnosis. I told him about my diagnosis and asked about any contraindications and he said "no problem". When I got home I verified this drug then called his office.
