No history taken no records asked for just told will refill meds (didn't happen) and come back in six months. I have been waiting three weeks for a simple letter to get approval for my son's meds. My father had critical lung condition. Dr. Nasser's nurses kept giving incorrect information about fulfilling a prescription and did not return our desperate phone calls to help correct it during an emergency. They scheduled the same test twice, delayed a week and a half to call in the lab to receive the test result and provided incomplete information to the provider that caused additional delay in fulfilling the order.
