After declaring and explaining my emergency, she said she would return my phone call re: an appointment. 5 hours later, the call was not received. I called the office again requesting an appointment. The call, again, was never received. I had an appointment with another dentist confirmed immediately. Dr Chao has been 'fired'.
Trust your teeth to Dr. Chao DDS! Dr. Chao has been my dentist for over ten years. He and his friendly staff provide excellent dental care. I highly recommend Desert Villa Dental!
I had an extraction that was long, painful, gruling and waited over an hour with frequent injections. My mouth was so numb that I did not bleed adequately and developed a dry socket. I had to complete my treatment with an oral surgeon. He should not do extractions due to his limited ability. . In an office visit he was curt and too busy to spend time. I think he has more patients that he can adequately care for.
Dr Chao has been my son and I dentist for over 8 yrs. He seems down to earth and thorough. His office is always looking organised ,smells and looks clean. I also notice handwashing is always done. That very important to me. His staff are also very polite.
I have been seeing Dr. Chao for over 6 years now and can say that Dr. Chao is one of the best dentist in southern Arizona. Dr. Chao has been practicing for over 10 years and comes from one of the top dental schools in the country USC. I trust his dental work, experience, and always has my best interest at heart. I feel he is very honest with my dental needs and performs procedures with ease and quality. I travel close to 30 miles to see him, and I do not regret the commute. Office staff is
