Dr, Payne and Dr,. Ott are not only amazing dentists but they are outstanding people! They genuinely care about their patients as well as their staff. The staff is always helpful and have a great positive attitude... it's a warm welcoming environment. When I was living in California, I couldn't wait to get back to Alaska to return to Dr. Payne! I have always received the best in dental care from Dr. Payne's office. He communicates thoroughly with his patients and is very detailed about what he is doing. He communicates while he is working in patient's mouths to calm any anxieties. He administers the lidocaine shots quickly and nearly pain free. This office has friendly staff who are always smiling. Dr. Payne offers sound cancelling headphones to patients to help make the visit a little more comfortable for patients. No one looks forward to visiting the dentist, but... read more
