Very nice staff and Dr. Stilson does not belittle you like other dentists I have had. He is very nice. He no longer accepts my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket for our cleanings and I don't know if he left my insurance or if they dropped him but I should have been notified that my insurance was no longer accepted before I even scheduled our appointments
I was hesitant to change dentists since moving, but Jay did excellent work, prompt and professional. Then, I went back in January for a cleaning and check up, total rip off, did nothing to look out for my oral health. It could have been a televisit, it was not a cleaning, a dental assistant did a polishing, missed my molars, no x-rays. Billed the usual $150 plus. What a waste, have a potential problem that now has to wait til the insurance will cover an another check up, I will not be going back again.
