I received very poor patient care from the front office staff. This office is very difficult to schedule an appointment, or obtain your personal medical records. Dr. Hodges was very late for my initial appointment in his office. I was seconds from leaving his office when he came into the room and he spend less than 5 minutes with me. He wanted me to schedule colonoscopy, which I did. I did not receive good care at his outpatient surgery center, all of the staff were hurried and abrupt.
