非常耐心和细心的给意见
Dr. Li is an excellent OB/GYN. She’s very straightforward, listens to her patients needs and is very respectful. I followed up with her during my pregnancy (first baby) and I can only say positive things. She delivered my baby and the experience was very pleasant. She also speaks Spanish, which was very helpful for me when I didn’t understand some terms in English. Her office is very clean, spacious, and the waiting time is very fair. They are flexible and accommodating. I recommend this practice to anyone.
Had bad experience for the first time visit. First, the receptionist didn’t tell me to get an online referral. Second, a billing guy came over and told me that my insurance (commercial insurance) is very complicated. I should know my the complicity of my insurance. I am like??? It’s not a clinic? Why judge the patient by the insurance. Not commercial insurance friendly
