I just called here asking for glasses or sunglasses for migraines/light sensitivity that I could buy from their store and she said that they’d have to make them. I said that’s kind of weird… I never knew of a store not to have any stock of any type of non-prescription glasses and she said it’s actually pretty normal. Actually it’s not. I have been coming to Voorthuis for glasses and contacts over 10 years and they have been wonderful.The new optometrist Dr. Figler is personable and extremely thorough. I recommend Voorthuis Old Town to anyone who needs eye care.
