Dr. Vladamir Cortez is responsible for my daughter's death in 2017. She had a brain bleed and should have been treated at Loma Linda but Cortez bad mouthed Loma Linda as being no better suited to handle her stoke than he was at Redlands Community Hospital. He said LL was in a certification battle and that they were messed up and he knew this because he worked at different hospitals. Dr. Cortez, worked on my glioma tumor, in he right side of my Brian. He said he removed 60-70% of the tumor. I went for a MRI, found our he only removed 20% of my tumor. I never saw him again. I had a Kaiser surgeon go back and removed 80% of the remaining tumor. I and now doing radiation and chemo. I hope to God this will be the best choice. Dr. Cortez, never, never will I have you do surgery on me again.
