When my husband had 5 strokes in a row she explained everything to us, kept him in hospital, cleaned artery and has checked him regularly.
No one likes surgery. But this lady talked explained and answered my questions. Put me at ease about what was going on with me every step of the way.i have been in motorcycle accident,been shot,had a hip broken and replaced. So to say I know a bit about surgery and surgeons...is imho more than most. Bravo Zulu for the VA having such caring professional on there team. And thank you so very much Dr. Halpern. You were and will always be held in the highest regard by me.
