Had a potential emergency and they scheduled something in the same day. Very efficient and informative.

Be sure to ask for pricing and form of payments as you pay them for all the add ons, which are supposed to be covered in an eye exam. And for all add on they take only cash until you buying glasses from them. The guys are doing crazy things! They charged 112$ upfront for an eye exams but didn't even gave PD, and the appointment was like made 3 months prior as that's extra 30$ if we are not making eye glasses with them. Dr. Chan gave me exceptional info, testing & referral. Staff are likewise. Much better than the local Opthomoligist I consulted. I feel like I may have hope now with my eye condition. ❤
