My husband & I were referred to this office from 3 friends that are patients of Dr Bae. I was asked to have our records sent to the office in September. Done, I called left voicemail & email. When you actually get in touch with someone and get work done, everything is great. However, I’ve been calling for over a month now and I can’t seem to be able reach anyone. To the point where I’m past my 6 month cleaning. I guess I’ll look elsewhere.

Scheduling with this office is a nightmare. After 20 phone calls and repeated promises of call backs plus a full voicemail box, I finally changed dentists. have never experienced such poor quality and ineffective scheduling at a medical office in my entire life, and hope to never experience it again.
