Just like most towing companies they're here to rip you off
I honestly see why everybody rated this place a 1 star. The customer service receptionist "Charity" "Curly" whoever she was because she wouldn't give me her name has a piss poor attitude. I will never recommend this place and she need to be fired immediately because she was beyond rude and hung up in my face when I was trying to see about a reservation that my rental company booked. If i could give this place a 0 star i would. They are very rude to customers and they should not be in business
The service they didn't provide. Which was set up through onstar. I had a flat tire. They refused this posted service and Never let me know . Never recieved a return call after trying to contact them 3 times. They left me and my 4 yr old grandson stranded in the Az sun in August!! Finally when they answer they refused service. Called to let them know the negative review I would post and I was hung up on. Had to call another tow company. Luckily there was some shade where we were. Driver was notified in notes of order that vehicle was in a parking garage. He advised me he couldn’t go into the garage. I informed him I would drive it down, he then said he would be right back and left. Called him twice and no answer. Terrible customer service. Hands down do NOT recommend.
