I have had both my hips replaced by Dr Pugliano and the results were far beyond any expectations I had. The dog and I walk four miles every morning at the Wildcat Conservation in Boxford with no problem.This man is a excellent excellent surgeon.
I have recently had my left hip replaced by Dr. Pugliano, using an anterior approach. Five years ago, I had my right hip replaced by another, highly regarded surgeon using a lateral approach. Let me first comment on my experience with Dr. Pugliano: outstanding! Very thorough, incredible patience, and very skilled. Dr Pugliano had to repair a botched knee job that I had 3 years ago in FL. After 3 weeks of a total knee replacement by Dr Pugliano I was walking without a walker or a cane. He is absolutely wonderful. In my opinion, he is the best
