This doctor spent a total of 5 minutes with me which included injecting my back. He gave me no information about what specific exercises I could do or what type of restrictions I should have. He just gave me a prescription and a PT referral. The worst part is I was then billed for a visit that was 45+ minutes. This is fraud if you ask me.
