Walked out this morning in tears how I was treated by Dr Mario. Tried to talk to Virginia Williams about my concerns. She refused to speak to me. Extremely disappointed. Would never recommend either of these two dentists. The decency to speak to me may have avoided this review

Yesterday I attended this practice which I have attended for many years and as usual, it was a very positive experience. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and Mario is a great dentist. He explains things clearly so you are never in doubt as to what is happening. I walked out with 2 broken teeth mended. I appreciate the fact that there are always fresh flowers and that the new dental chairs are kinder to my back. All the equipment is updated regularly

I had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed in the chair. Dr Ong and the staff were all really supportive and friendly, making it a much more pleasant experience than I thought. The procedure was explained well in detail, and turned out to be a fairly quick and painless experience.

I recently attended Dr. Virginia Williams Dental Practice with a painful tooth. I was fitted in promptly and the treatment I received was efficient and painless. My problem was resolved. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Practice to anyone seeking a professional, happy and friendly dental environment.

Virginia and Mario are two of the very best dentists l have encountered !!!!! They are professional and courteous as are all there nursing and clerical staff. I have had a variety of simple and very complex procedures all painless and successful !!!!! I cannot recommend them too highly. Many thanks Regards Warren Bolger
