The front office is horrible. I believe the lady’s name is Kat (I could be wrong), but she is very rude and does not have good phone presence. It honestly makes sense why AI is starting to take over customer service, because some people lack the basic decency to treat others with respect over the phone. I will not be seeing Dr. McIntosh anymore. She is always busy and, in my opinion, does not have a good team supporting her. I don’t feel like she was helpful for me. Dr McIntosh has always been fantastic and I have have been her patient for over 10 years. However, her office staff has changed and the vibes are negative. They are all new people since my last visit and don't know me. Well, that is no excuse for being rude. If this happens the next time, I will be out of there.
