Dr. Medlock is great, however he's only in Frisco on Monday's until 10:45 am now and my last two appointments had to be changed. If I also didn't have a calendar to live by, this would not be a problem however I do and this is beginning to become a "pattern" and when there's a window of 2 hours and 45 minutes to work with, the schedulers should be on top of their game and they're clearly not.
