She is very caring and straightforward. As we are first time parents, she shared a lot of information and listened to our concerns without rushing. She even followed up via phone personally when we had an issue to make sure our baby was doing ok with the treatment plan.
To begin with, the exam room was FILTHY. I decided to wipe the exam table down with a wet wipe and you could see my hand print in solid brown funk on the wipe. The cabinets in the exam room have gunk all over them. The toys in the waiting room have probably never been cleaned, they're visibly gross.
