Have been with union practice for more than 11 years. Dr vipin us a really compassionate knowledgeable physician who listens to you .they have a great team of ancillary and office staff . He always trys to troubleshoot the issues at hand in an easy way for us to understand. They have some of diagnostic tests at office .the team is always respectful and works to help the patient get the appointments needed or contact doctor if needed. They offer Saturday hours and evenings hours.parking available on site

My experience has been inconsistent. On my first visit, I waited over an hour before being seen. Then I was given the choice of seeing the doctor or the PA. I chose the PA because I had already been waiting so long and just wanted to get out of there. Scheduling is also frustrating. If you need to change an appointment, you're required to leave a voicemail, but no one calls you back. After leaving two messages, I finally had to call again and press 0 to reach someone, only to find out my appointment had already been changed ... read more
