Very easy to make appointments, front girl Sophia knows insurances. Dr Violetta explains easy to understand, painless, love their reminder system to come back, email works for me
Dr. Thierbach is overall a good dentist. She’s easygoing and has a comfortable bedside manner. Unfortunately her front desk is perpetually rude. There’s always an attitude, when you call, when you show up. Like you’re bothering her.
From making the appointment to the visit, everything was outstanding. The hygienist is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Thierbach is very courteous and took the time to answer my numerous questions. I had not been to a dentist in 18 years, but now that I've found a clean, organized office with a capable and comforting staff, I will be going more frequently. And, I was seen on time!
My first visit to Dr. Thierbach and I couldn’t be happier. In one visit she bonded a chopped front tooth for me just in time for the holidays and my smile never looked better. Thank you Dr. Thierbach , I’ll see you in 6 months!
I've been a patient of Dr. Thierbach for a number of years and find her to be an exceptional and thorough as well as caring doctor. I've had cleanings and other dental work done. I look forward to my next cleaning.
They told a person on crutches they were handicap accessible. I arrive and have to open two heavy doors. Then she sees that I'm on crutches and hands me a clipboard (??) and tells me to sit down. I try to figure out how the hell someone can carry a clipboard with crutches, fill it out, and try to figure it out again to carry it back to her. Meanwhile she comes out and BRINGS a clipboard to a different patient. And FORTY FIVE MINUTES past my apptmt time i had to leave without even being seen.

Hello Rachel, your review which was posted to multiple sites DOES NOT refer to us, we do not have double 2 doors and our wait time is minimal or none existent. I believe you have a wrong office, sorry
Never got to see the dentist. When I called for an appointment the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming from the moment I said hello.. If I find rudeness at the desk I don't proceed with an appointment.
