I saw Dr Gabriel a couple of years ago for an IUD insertion, and it was one of the most painful medical experiences I’ve ever had. What’s disappointing is that even many male doctors are now advocating for the use of local anaesthetic or sedation during IUD procedures, recognising how often women’s pain has been minimised. I expected more awareness and compassion from a female doctor. I hope this feedback encourages a more trauma-informed and empathetic approach for women in the future.
I saw Dr Gabriel a few years ago in 2021 during Covid but all these years later, I still cannot forget how unprofessional she was. Reading other reviews, I realise I’m not alone. If you have been referred to see Dr Gabriel, please ask for another doctor. I paid close to $250 for nothing! Dr Gabriel, operated on me 15 years ago, and never had any problems. She's the best, kept following up my situation, caring, is professional, and can be highly recommend.
