I have been a patient for over 10 years, and Dr. Matthew has always provided excellent care. He is a true professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I truly appreciate the dedication he shows to his patients.
Our family has been going to Dr. Mathew for 17 years. Driving all the way from Hillsborough to Raleigh. I cannot imagine a better doctor! We always received great services. I can't trust anyone else to do the great job that Dr. Mathew does. He is the best. His team is also great, kind and polite every time we visited.
Dr. Mathews is very nice and professional. As for his staff, they do not know how to do simple X-rays my lip was scraped with abrasions on my inner cheek. The front desk lady giving me attitude about my appointment and my schedule very unprofessional. Saying that I’m putting the office in a bind for cancelling MY appointment also she sighed and told me “I just logged out my computer, why didn’t you call any other time or the night before”. My appointment was 3.30pm and day before receptionist call me and ask me if I can come 3.00pm I said ok, next day I went at 3.00(adjusted my time with my boss) right now I am here and time is 4.02pm God knows when they will take me. I am done at 5.40 pm and another surprise my copayment raised 20% more than they told me, this is not first time last my visit same thing charged me more money than then they questioned.
