My experience with Dr. Jayam has been awful. He seemed more interested in doing procedures that cost money than actually treating me. He wanted to implant a chip to monitor my heart and I received bills for the procedure BEFORE anything was done. Now I'm stuck in a billing nightmare. I just received a bill saying I owe $10 from over a year ago when all my copays were paid and outstanding balances paid. I am beyond disturbed by what occurred during my father’s appointment. My father was the patient and was being evaluated for chest pain, with a known pacemaker and cardiac history. Instead of showing concern, the doctor made it clear that he was angry my father had gone to the ER because it interrupted a personal event he was attending. My mom was struggling with A fib and we were living in the hospital ER. Doctor Jayam Is amazing. Not only is he brilliant, but he takes the time to explain things, Performed ablation in two minutes on my mom. No more ER visits no more being uncomfortable. Just living her best life at 92. Dr. Jayam is one of the kindest and most caring doctors in New York. I was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia in 2022, he did ablation and put me on Metoprolol. I feel much better, and thank Dr. Jayam for that. Unfortunately, his staff members who work in the office are not very friendly. Most of the time they’re rude and shows unwelcoming attitude. It makes me feel like never to go back again. Hope they can improve on that.
The cardiac ablation procedure that Dr. Jayam performed on my husband changed his life! It resolved all the symptoms he was experiencing, and has not has ONE A fib episode since the procedure. Dr. Jayam's quality of care and personal attention is exceptional. I couldn't recommend him more!
