Was his patient for years and was always satisfied with his treatment. My decision to leave came after his office sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. When I called to have them correct it, he called back and started scolding me and saying how busy he is, how many patients he has to treat, and how he doesn't have the time to keep changing prescription's at the request of patients. It didn't seem to change his attitude when I reminded him that his office made the mistake and not me. MedStar can keep him, but I won't be... read more

My personal experience is once you're a patient, getting an appointment with Dr. Abraham is usually a minimum of a 2-3 month wait. He seems to allow his personal beliefs on non-medical matters to impact how and if he treats patients. Wait for him at your own risk. But onc... read more

Has an attitude of superiority and if you question or disagree, he literally dismisses you, I was told if I didn’t want his advice, I could leave, which, I am, happily doing, actively seeking new neurology practice that values an educated patient who cares about their health. Don’t bother sending records he won’t accept or read them. Disregarded medical history & tests, saying he will form his own opinion.
Follow up on May 2, 2019 after emergency hospitalizing about migraine headache. Doctor Vinod Abraham is very nice, knowledgeable, and hearted physician. He takes care his patients with his experiences, and doesn’t over used unnecessary tests. He also doesn’t prescribe medication abusively. His staff is very kind, friendly, and professional.
