Dr. S is professional, skilled, and knowledgeable and as a bonus he is also friendly and personable. I have multiple eye issues and therefore have trouble getting correct prescriptions. He always takes his time with me and is very careful that the results of the exam are reproducible. I am also impressed by Kara, one of his opticians. I don't look good in most glasses and it is always a pain trying to find attractive frames. Last time I went in, she pulled out ten pairs while I was browsing, and I honestly had a hard time ma... read more

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
Did your eye exam hurt at all? Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
There was lots of available parking at their office. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Dr. Simoncini was very attentive and really listented to my concerns. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Dr. Simoncini was awesome! Such a nice guy, very friendly and a real professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how clean and fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
