I am so happy with the progress Dr. Richer has made with flattening my chest keloid. I was nervous going into my consult, especially after terrible experiences with a previous doctor, but Dr Richer was patient, informative, and easy to talk to. He provided a couple options for treatment plans without trying to upsell anything and was honest about how results may turn out. My favourite place to have an unsightly blemish removed. Staff is friendly and professional and Dr.Richer is amazing at what he does. He patiently explains the procedure and executes it to perfection. I’d never go anywhere else.

Dr. Richer is an incredible doctor and works with you to meet your goals! I initially met with Dr. Richer to do laser mole removal for a few moles on my face and they healed beautifully, you can never tell they were even there! I have since continued going to Dr. Richer for preventative botox and filler treatment. He always focuses on a natural output and takes the time to explain the treatment plan!
