He was my doctor for years,sad to see him leave, the only good in the situation is Crystal is gone to she was the worst office manager I've seen,that's why I left him,hopefully she didn't go to his new office
I wasn't happy with doctor and staff I'd had for a long time and search reviews of doctors in my area. Checked Dr Mamone and reviews were solid with respectful replies, so I gave them a call, and thankfully he was accepting new patients, and we set up an appointment. Dr Vincent Mamone saved my life! I don’t know how I would of made it if he didn’t help me when I was in very bad shape and soo very hurt for many years due to terrible car wreck. He helped me and cared for me and has been my Doctor since 2010. As well as helped me with my grandparents! We all love him! I really like Dr Mamone and have been with him about 3 years but his office staff especially Crystal who answers the phone and is the only one I have dealt with is terrible. She is rude and unprofessional. It's very hard to get your referrals or any information from her. Because of her laziness my surgery was delayed two months because she did not send my paperwork in. It's really to bad because Dr Mamone is a very good doctor, but I have to find a office that I can rely on to take care if my business.
The office manager is a complete unprofessional lying racist person I've ever met, that office needs to hire new staff in front desk, they do not document chart correctly and blame patience for their mistakes they yell at people in their face they throw you out and threatened to call the police if things don't go their way that place is horrible I should be shut down. I have been a patient of Dr. Mamone for over 15 years. I love him, but his office staff is the worst I've ever encountered. When I went in for my last appointment, they told me I didn't have one. It wasn't in their computer. I showed them the appointment card they filled out on my last visit. Instead of apologizing and offering to squeeze me into the schedule, they insisted that there was no mistake. It couldn't be a mistake because it wasn't in the computer. I called to make and appointment and spoke with the office manager. She told me that I had not been in the office since 2004 (14 years). When I explained that was not correct as I had been there much more recently, she argued with me. They trust their faulty computer records more than their patients. Very sad, pitiful customer service.
