The billing department is filled with incompetent idiots. I paid them in full for a procedure, however after leaving the doctors offices I later learned my insurance company covers me in full for what was done. They collected double… Spelled my name wrong, gave me the run around when I asked for a refund, and four months later I'm just receiving a refund. No apologize, NOTHING. I would NEVER return to this office. Dr. Ober was great, but his office staff really dropped the ball.
Dr. Ober is very thorough and informative. I feel I am getting excellent primary care.
