Cataract surgery was very successful; my eyesight is better than before the procedure. Dr. Yu and his staff were very thorough in evaluating my eyes prior to surgery, explaining what would done, and presenting the different options for replacement lenses. Extra shoutout: during the pre-surgical examination, Dr. Yu spotted an issue in one eye. He sent me to a retina specialist, who identified a torn retina, which if left untreated, could have led to loss of eyesight in that eye.
Both Nurse Lori who first saw me and Dr. Yu. Listened an addressed my eye concerns with a positive solution. Thank you

There is usually a wait, however dr Yu is very thorough and answers all questions so that I can understand, so it’s understandable ( the waiting) and if something needs a little more experience, (retinal specialists) he will advise one. I am very confident using dr Yu for my eye care.
