I fracture my wrist some months again and still have a lot of pain and when I go see Dr. Leung for answers, I don't get any answers. I leave the office feeling lost and hopeless. I am definitely going to see another hand specialist to get a second opinion.
Very disappointing! I never imagined a Doctor can be so insensitive and careless, and the nursing staff is very unprofessional.
After the nurse took my blood pressure and vital stats, I sat in the room waiting for Dr. Leung for half an hour before I caught the nurse's attention and asked when I would be seen. She scurried down the hall, flagged him down, and finally he came in to see me. The process felt extremely rushed and I didn't feel like he was listening to me or really analyzing the X-ray of my injured wrist. I left feeling deflated, like I had wasted my time and hadn't been treated with care or professionalism.
