I honestly do not know what has happened to this place, but the service has changed. My visit 3 years ago with the doctors and staff was good. I changed My phone number last year and I provided it to them during my exam. After spending over $1100 for eye glasses and contacts, I would think their system would update with my new phone number so I am informed when they arrive. Don’t waste your time! Totally unprofessional!! They cancelled my appointment the day before I was scheduled!!
All the staff were very kind and helpful. It was my first step into the world of glasses, and my experience was great. The staff were quite understanding and patient. I am excited to receive my new glasses!

I went to Orlen Eye Care at Holyoke Mall and my overall experience was exceptional. I hadn't been for an eye exam in six years and wasn't sure what to expect. Making the appointment was simple and there was a variety of time slots and days available. Upon arrival I was seen immediately. If I could give zero stars I would. The manager does not know how to speak to customers. She is very rude and should not be in customer service. One time, she told me I should get kids glasses as adult women. Today, she refused to help adjust my classes that I bought several years ago. I spent over $600 dollars for two pairs of glasses and one prescription at the time. My second pair are for special events like weddings without the transitions. Eye exam for first time getting contacts. Put me in a room to watch a video on eye pad to learn how to use contacts. Came in half hour later and wanted me to sign a sheet stating I knew what I was doing. Contacts given are not the right fit, cause blurred vision and do not sit properly on eye. Called to come back told me it would be days before they could see me. If you are looking for contacts for the first time, I would stay far away from here.
Anneke at the Crossiron location is the best! I've gone there for many years and also use the vision centre next door for my eye check-ups.
