Doctor made a lot of mistakes that could’ve been preventable. Starting with not addressing my concerns when I would continuously tell him my gums were bleeding and not referring me to a specialist. He also performed a root canal and after almost 2 years of me telling him, in every visit, that my tooth would occasionally hurt and him saying it looked fine, he did X-rays and realized I had an infection. I used to come to this dentist when I was younger and loved the staff. Now I try to call to make an appointment and keep getting placed on hold for up to 10 minutes. Receptionist doesnt even ask what im calling for either. I also work at an office and would never just place patients on hold for more than 5 minutes.
