First of all Dr Kumar is a great Doctor he’s been my Doctor for 16 years very nice man,but his billing department is terrible I send in payment with my credit card number to pay my bill and 3 weeks later I get a bill that says final notice I think they have a new system now that don’t seem to work very well because in the past I would receive a bill and pay it and that was that but now I may have to stop seeing her because it’s crazy now.
Please AVOID this office! Here is my experience: I was a new patient scheduled to see Dr Kumar. When I first arrived, I heard Nam Kumar(Dr Kumar’s relative? Wife? Also Physician assistant??) tell the receptionist to call patients and demand they pay over the phone. It was very off putting. I then was asked to pay my $100 copay and proceeded to wait over an hour and a half in the clinic room before anyone came in.
