I was very surprised to hear from Dr. Lane Sunday night since I requested a video chat with the nurse practitioner on Monday morning. Dr. Lane showed a lot of concern for me. She was very thorough in providing information to me and faxed in a Rx that night. Dr. Lane is very knowledgeable and also very approachable- can't say enough good things about her.
Dr. Lane has spent a long time with me during each appointment and does not rush off. She talks fast but does a good job addressing any questions/concerns I have. And has always been easily accessible by email. She also shows empathy and compassion. Great office staff too. Exactly what you want in a PCP!
Horrible. Does not listen to you. Sarcastic and way off on diagnosis. If I had not done my own actions would be dead

great experience I did not wait long and the office staff was experienced and helpful. The doctor took care of my problem and was helpful.
Easy to find Good parking and clean facilities. Doctor is on time and listens. She does not prescribe narcotics due to their serious side effects,which is fine with me.
Quick and to the point Correct diagnosis and low wait time.
