I spent about 20 minutes with Vikas Patel's assistant. He came in the exam room and spent about 5 minutes with me. I asked questions to make sure I understood the next steps and he was very rude about having to repeat what he said. Very dismissive.
Dr. Patel has been helping me control my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis for 5 years now. He has an excellent grasp of autoimmune diseases and treatments.
Dr. Patel is not only knowledgeable, professional and very approachable as he explains everything and anything I ask. Recently he spotted something most might have missed but thankfully he is diligent and focused. Long story short, he was instrumental in stopping what could have been very detrimental to my health and future. And I cannot thank him enough.
I have experienced the RUDE front desk staff as a patient but Dr.Patel is great I highly recommend him, no doubt
