Everything went well
Today had a disappointing experience at my Dr. Gupta’s office and I feel compelled to share. I had a 2 PM appointment and arrived just 10 minutes late due to traffic. I called ahead to notify them, but I was placed on hold for so long that I couldn't reach anyone before arriving.
