I had a telephone appt with this doctor who I have never met regarding a note to return to work. The first statement she made was not about illness but about my age and how was I was able to continue working . I was shocked to have to defend myself as an older female who is still working. Most of the call was spent with her defending her statements. I twice had explain why I needed the note. Little time was spent disccusing my illness. Her tone of voice was very deeming . Please do not accept any appts from this doctor.
