I received 3 notices from my insurance company that someone has tried to get prescription that is not covered by them. The thing I don't go to this doctor, I don't know this doctor, and never even met him. How is someone using my info and doctor that is listed is him.
He was very nice during my first appointment and asked me a lot of questions, he didn’t seem very interested in pictures that I had to show him regarding discoloration of my foot. When the appointment ended, he stated that my referring physician didn’t send my medical records over (they sent them twice, but his “lovely” front office staff didn’t give him my records), he had me get some blood work and when I came back for the follow up visit I he said I was “fine”, I told him that my other foot was mimicking the other one wit... read more
He rushed through the first appointment. Before I could answer one question, he was asking more. I couldn't properly respond. My insurance didn't cover their on site lab. When I went back to his front desk staff and asked what to do they said "just go find a different lab". When I went back for my follow up, Jampala LECTURED ME about what I should have done because the lab I went to didn't "couldn't read his" orders. That's on me? No. I asked what to do. That's on YOU.
