Too bad this office can’t be given ZERO STARS!!! My wife paid her copay every visit and because they hadn’t gotten reimbursement from my wife’s insurance company (Aetna) for their portion, the doctor demanded payment of $250 during my wife’s office visit today. When she told them she couldn’t pay it, they refused to see her, leaving her in dire need of a prescription she can not be without.
