Very satisfied
I had my first appointment with Dr Reddy and was very pleased with her caring manner and her willingness to listen to me about my medical issues and concerns. She was interested and paid attention to me and ordered labs and referred me to specialists. She personally called me today to go over my lab results and prescribed an additional medication based on my lab results. Dr. Reddy didn’t care about any of my health concerns. I have a family that has a history of multiple autoimmune disorders. I started to have many symptoms after I contracted covid. Besides calling and leaving messages for weeks, I was finally able to reach someone after 2 months of calling. I went to her with concerns and asked multiple times if she could order tests, she refused and said that she didn’t think I had any of those disorders and that I shouldn’t worry about them. I was referred to use them by anthem. First they are only open 4.5 hours out of the day. Take 2 hour lunches as if they are working hard. I had to leave a message as they never anwser thier phones. They call back and say "we have a missed call from this phone number"?? Are you not a professional medical doctors office? Who calls a patient without stating who they are. dr Reddy had me pay a copay, and her office billed my insurance using a medical code for Hospice Care. I'm not in hospice care, the medical procedure should have been for an Office Visit. She seems to ignor the fact that she needs to resubmit the claim with the corrected medical procedure code. I shouldn't have had to pay anything according to my insurer because I have Medicare, BCBS and Tricare. This is an issue only dr Reddy can resolve with BCBS ...It's the work her office should do, not me.
I do not recommend this doctor at all . They do not answer the phone. She does not listen to my concerns, she over talks me , and my appointments are rushed every time. The referral's take a very long time not to mention at times they were not even complete. Don’t waste your time.
No one answers the phone, so how can I even make an appointment. Hours available are so minimal that your chances of getting an appointment are very slim. BUT my insurance plan continues to pay for this NON SERVICE.
Too bad this office can’t be given ZERO STARS!!! My wife paid her copay every visit and because they hadn’t gotten reimbursement from my wife’s insurance company (Aetna) for their portion, the doctor demanded payment of $250 during my wife’s office visit today. When she told them she couldn’t pay it, they refused to see her, leaving her in dire need of a prescription she can not be without. I'm really trying to figure out why UnitedHealth website has her as a five-star doctor when you click on it to leave a review it send you here or she clearly has several 1-star reviews that she's definitely earned!!!! This is BS UnitedHealth needs to update their system.
