My name is Susan Jim’s wife. Had surgery and can’t say anything good about the staff or queen of the valley hospital. Last straw today was Carol the pa told me last week she would give me pain medicine for 2 weeks but it only came thru as one. Called today and left a message, no call back and the prescription she sent with no explanation was for an over the counter drug. No one cares at all. I ended up in the emergency room my first night home….no one cares
